Cause for concern, Duncan. Yes, this is yet another example of the handbrake failing. I must presume however the car was not left in gear.......who would have been culpable had a child been injured? It is a worrying thought and a reminder to us all on how to 'safely leave a car on a slope'. One just cannot rely on the handbrake unfortunately.
