I think one of the reasons that people join car forums is to trouble-shoot problems that their having with their vehicles. It was the same on the TDIClub forum that I used to contribute to when I had a passat, and the MKIVs forum for the golf that I had.
We all love to group together to bitch and moan, it's a fact of life!
