Red face First service

All,just had first service on my '07 Civic ES,(Jan '07,8150 k)all the normal items were done, eg,oil, filter ,etc.etc. and they fitted a new Fog lamp which was smashed, (i paid for the lamp,(250.00 euro)they fitted it free),I also purchased a spare wheel kit(180.00 euro),has anyone ever fitted one of these kits ??? there are a lot of bits and pieces, including a "net",can anyone advise what the net is for.The dealer also advised that they had fitted new wipers, which i advised them that this was not neccesary,as the car was only 14 months old,and that the wipers were perfect, and i was not prepared to pay the 60.00 euro for them, they reluctantly refitted my "old" ones ,which are perfect,They also advised that under warranty, they had replaced the drivers door lock, which "has been giving problems", A spring in the filler cap was also replaced, which was subject to a re-call.
The service cost 255.00 euro.
The above info is a guide for anyone getting their first service.
