Well, if anything was completely a Dealer problem, that is Muz.
If they fitted it, which they must have done, as its a dealer fit option, then they can sort it out for you.
Get it back to them as soon as possible, though they may well say, -- Why didn't you notice it before it went so far.
Dig your heels in, you shouldn't need to go round checking their work every 5 minutes.
