At last I got my Civic 2.2 diesel sport and so far it's spot on. None of the niggles or faults listed on the forum seem to be apparent on the car and although its done 11,000 miles it feels like a new car.

Ride although firm does not seem bad - remember I'm comparing with a Jag X-type 2.0 (petrol) and the fuel economy seems great

. People keep saying I must be mad to have such a change but so far I'm certainly not dissapointed. The Civic seems very quick on pick up compared to the Jag probably due to weight of the car and the change to diesel

I have some things to do to the car including the plate transfer and I want to improve the interior lighting and colour match all the exterior headlamp bulbs to match the HID lights all of which the forums a great help with. Glad I had chance to get to know the forum prior to collecting the car and look forward to some subtlle changes to personalize the car. Cheers Guys!
