As it is a company car, depreciation is not a concern. I haven't looked, but I assume the diesel Jag's fuel economy isn't too bad.

I really enjoyed the Jag while I had it. It's very nicely appointed luxury-wise, and with the Sport suspension it handled extremely well. The only downers really (apart from costs) were the length, making it cumbersome in car parks, a quite small inaccessible boot (estate should be OK), and it ate tyres.
By comparison, the Civic is a great load-carrier, I got 25,000 miles out of the front tyres, and I seem to get just as much performance out of my 1.8
iVTEC as I did out of the 3 litre V6, but use nearly half the fuel. And then there are all the EX gadgets!
So, if the cost isn't an issue, it might be the car for you. It was certainly the most comfortable car I've ever owned.
