Seriously, I understand but (queues party piece, everyone runs for cover crying no not more history lessons!), take what Pitt the younger did, same problem, he increased overall spending to encourage a better economy, then used a semi-self filling bank account to wipe out the national debt in IIRC 50 years, we then expand on that and limit the amount of immigration (if necessary repatriating nationals who have no right or need to be here (i.e. those who are not fleeing for their life, or those who have a country closer to their own to offer aid, as well as foreign criminals etc. that should free up some space)). Now for the controversial bit, executions, if we 'remove' those who we are no longer in need of, like Ian H & Maxine C then that shall free up some space in the overcrowded prisons, thus not rquiring new ones to be built. And lastly 'scrap' the nhs, now don't all shout at once

, we re-introduce it with a new system, if you have an illness like Diabetes you now receive only your diabetes and related medicines free (i.e. you would not get ezcema cream free or nasal spray unless it was for something directly related to the affliction), nothing else, if you visit the doctor you pay a charge, like a prescription charge (say 6.80 a visit like a prescription). Emergency/life preserving treatment is free, however elective surgery (Breast enlargments, sex changes etc. etc. etc. are fully chargable except in extreme cases like a mastectomy or whathaveyou).

Next scrap road tax and insurance, and have it all covered in one (although the amount you pay will be overall reduced). Then once road tax is abolished all tax from petrol sales goes toward road upkeep. Insurance and taxation will be directly linked to annual milage from the previous year, like a normal tax bill. This way heavy drivers pay more and vice-versa.

Aslz, I wonder if the 2-4litres of Pepsi I drink everyday is frying my brain, or is it that I'm so intelligent things of little importance are crushed by my genius thoughts (or maybe I'm just prematurely senile)????
