No insurance etc. is:

IN10 Uninsured vehicle, 6-8 points,
TT99 Totting up under points accrued - no points but loss of license, so taking maximum for everything, I don't too many magistrates would be lenient in a case like this;

IN10 8
CD30 9
CU50 3
Failure to wear seatbelt (minor) 3

23 points - Ban! possibly exceeding 2 years due to severity of case. I'd throw the book at them, if I were on the bench, especially if they were caught/had an accident on the motorway.
