If all he wants to do is sit an rev his engine he can do that with an adult sitting next to him !!
When children say things like;
"Im just going to accelerate very fast" that spells danger in my book
"Im not the best driver or the worst driver" No at the moment he is a learner driver which means he is inexperienced.
