From 2009, it says vehicles with emissions between 101-120 will be Band B and therefore RFL will cost £20. However, note 4 at the bottom of the table lists the discounts for alternative fuel cars. Bands A-I attract a discount of £20. So does this mean that the RFL will effectively be 0 until 2010/11 when it will go up to £10?
