Thanks for all the replies and advice!
I called into a local Honda dealer today and they had a look at it! They have a guy that comes in every 2 weeks that could easily take the dent out but the paint damage is another matter. Its right down to the metal so it's looking like the whole door will have to be resprayed for that, with it being metalic silver touching it in apparently wouldn't work very well!
It's certainly turing out to have been a very expensive meal
From now on, parallell parking only me thinks!
