Well hate to say it, but I told you so!
We're all in the same boat, I have stone chips on the bonnet, drivers door, passengers wing mirror and a huge one on the drivers wing (within 3 days of owning the car)! My car has just covered 2300 miles and quite frankly i'm sick of caring about the stone chips. Its going to happen no matter what.
I may ask a friend of the family how much it would be to have the Civic Sprayed that Yellow (but that can be iffy) or White. He sprayed the spoiler on my Mini for £30 when I was quoted £180 + vat from BMW
