The Civic Hybrid will still be exempt from the congestion charge as it is under the new cut off of 120g/km. As there are so many cars now coming in less than this figure, and therefore eligible to drive into London for free, you can bet the goalposts will be moved within a year or two.

I reckon the cut off will become 110g/km rather than 100g/km in line with government policy - specifically because TFL have so many Prius' which are 104g/km. I'll put money on this! Fortunately the Civic is 109g/km.

10% company car tax band aswell!
