Trouble is a few "naughty" sellers are obviously selling backup copies on Ebay noticed another couple using the same ad style popping up, and people are paying this sort of money for a copy !!
I'd be quite annoyed if I paid that much for counterfeit goods, even if they may well work.
I got Europe-West only from a guy in Germany and got it for £110 (it's an original) which is still too much but a lot better than the Honda price. Anyway I'm going to sell my v3.05 on and charge the difference to my work anyway (company car
