well my reply 10 minutes ago was before i checked my emails.
this is part of the email that they sent me:
"As it is clear from your correspondence that you only required one policy, I have arranged for one to be cancelled and a payment of £12.60 to be returned to you. This will take two working days to be credited to your debit/credit card.
I trust that this now resolves this matter for you and can confirm that we are now closing our file. "
I just checked my online banking and the money has been refunded into my account so fair play to NU for sorting it out so fast ! didn't really think it would happen and i didn't even have to ring them so nice one
