In Spain we are following with attention the case as you can see in this thread:

At the moment there are several cases confirmed in models Type-S and Type-R of the year 2007.
We are thinking to realize a joint claim to Honda Europe since it seems to us that the case is very serious, to seeing that solution they give us

For my part, I have 5 doors of the year 2007 and do not have symptoms of rust.
