I'm speaking staistically and through experience from over 35 years of driving. He might have all sorts of certificates but I'll wager he doesnt. As for more experienced than me. Er....probably not...LOL
I think all new and young drivers should 'cut their wings' before moving onto more powerful cars.
They will disagree of course. The insurance companies have got it right...Build up experience and no accidents and we will reward you....we might even save your life or somebody else's.
