What defines experience when it comes to driving? It definitely is not how many years you have been on the road because there are SHOCKING drivers of all ages.

There are shocking drivers of all ages, you are right. For whatever reason some drivers will never think logically when it come to the decisions they make while behind the wheel.

Experience is gained by being in a variety of situations, learning from your mistakes and practise. As with everything, not just driving, all this takes time and can't be taught.

So for normal people, not the idiots of all ages who plague our roads, the longer you are driving and the more you do it the more experienced you will become.
