Here are my thoughts;
When you are a learner driver in a car you should not be be allowed to drive a car with a bigger engine than a 1.2, when you pass you should not be allowed to drive a car with a faster engine than a 1.4, second year 1.6, third year 1.8.
When you reach 70 you should pass a refresher test every year or two, old people are just as much danger as inexperienced drivers, my 76 year old aunt left my house in the dark the other night with her sunglasses on as she said other people's car lights and street lights hurt her eyes!!! When she is on the road I dont want to be, especially when she is trying to park.
I bet if these measures were put in place there would be less accidents and deaths on the road.
