You do not seem to be grasping the what people are saying, I dont think anyone has said that EVERY young person can not drive, no one has said that EVERY young person WILL cause an accident but the fact is a young inexperienced driver is more likely to have an accident the same as a smoker is more likely to get cancer, someone who eats too much is likely to get fat etc etc

Like it or not Stats are based on facts.
