I have had the same issues with #2 & #3 though mine is a TYPE S 1.8, i asked about the rear knocking noise, and the dealers and other people i know who have worked for honda say that when the handbrake has been applied for a long time (Overnight) its sticks

- though after a couple of seconds of driving it goes ! #3 is very annoying as well, i've only noticed since i had to have my driver side window seal replaced (as was leaking!)
