Honda recognised the handbrake issue after many months of failures, showng that it wasn't just a small collection of one offs issues, down to discs contracting, or general user fault.
As to the truth of the article - I guess we'll need to wait on VOSA and Honda to make a statement.
If Honda are happy that everything is within spec, and
IF VOSA confirm, then it'll be down to the lawyers if something ever happens I guess...
