i have had falkens before and they are ok but the car was not a
CTR 
black circles are always good to deal with and will probably give you falkens or similar but again are you happy with putting them on the car
i don't know your situation and how you drive but i would not hold back on something like tyres
If you drive your
CTR hard in every condition i would definitely not recommend cheap tyres as they will underperform
Your best bet looks like the Falkens and replace them earlier than you normally would next time?
