Its true TC - all employees of Honda and their connected companies know ALL of the issues surrounding the civic (and the rest of the range) and we revel in pretending that we don't. The guy that this post is about conducts surveys over the phone and probably has nothing to do with Honda other than being employed by an agency to perform these surveys. Its likely that he MAY have heard about the rust issue,amongst others, from other customers but it proabably just as aware about the issues with Civci as he is kettles and the like.
TC I doubt you peruse the forums for the Focus with as much misery as you do here but then again, we all know that the Focus is perfect and it doesnt have any problems don't we?
