I had many problems with not one but two civics - everytime I spoke to HUK if I was lucky to get a call back from the customer relations department they would always say "your the first one we have heard about" !! Even the shock absorber problem, the radio, the paintwork...... shall I go on?

I joined this forum looking for answers to problems, I have had no need to join a Focus Forum
