I'm a customer of Agnew's also and although we had a slight problem the dealer principle sorted that out to my satisfaction so I couldn't fault them either. I must say though that I find the parts department to be much more helpful and friendly than sales, which is quite ironic to be honest!
Downey's is pretty much on my door step but I got a better deal from Agnew's and I heard Downey's were supposed to be losing their Honda dealership soon
Still a very helpful bunch and I call in the odd time for any little things I'm looking for, far handier than travelling up to Belfast all the time!
