I too had the survey today - but I am happy with the dealership, sales staff were good and the parts staff have been excellent offering discount on accessories etc. Guess I'm lucky my 14 month old Civic is pretty good so far, yes I've had more than one opportunity to drive a Focus and enjoyed it. Quite different cars although in the same sector the focus is quite often a fleet choice unlike the Civic - is this due to reliability I'm unsure.
Build quality I'm afraid comes at a price the Civic is very stylistic the build could be better or money could have been saved on styling but then it wouldn't be what attracted us to it in the first place. TC was unlucky and made a logical choice for peace of mind after many problems. I bought with my heart for a change and so far do not regret it, I'll evaluate my experience in 12 months and hope my experience is better.
