No-one is legally bound to work. No employee HAS to go into work at any time. No alterations to the terms of thier employment need be accepted. They ARE sorting it out with thier boss. You're aggrevated that it causes disruption to the public. It's not the staffs fault thier greedy employer wants to cut thier benefits.
