Hi, I removed mine by getting one of the long edges prised back enough to get my fingers behind it, and then gave it a good pull towards me..Dont worry there is nothing behind it that you will damage when pulling it, the only thing that might happen is 1 or 2 of the plastic studs that are holding it may not come out of the hole in the panel, but all you have to do is remove them with a thin blade screwdriver and put them back in the trim panel. Hope this helps...
