Hi all, found this thread after looking into upgrading my lights as thought the standard honda yellow ones were very poor. I was thinking of upgrading to:

Sidelights: 501 Super bright LEDS
H7 (dipped): Philips X-treme
H1 (full beam) : Philips Vision plus

from this site:
H7 Philips X-treme Power +80% bulbs (pair) :: H7 Bulbs :: Upgrade Xenon Headlight Bulbs :: Autobulbs Direct Ltd - Xenon bulbs, car bulbs, wiper blades, headlight, Osram, Ring, Philips

However from reading some other threads about whether my car is HID or not, are these lights going to work in my Type S 57 3 door civic? As from the site above these bulbs come under the Xenon upgrade category, just wondering as fairly new to my civic and not sure about whats what?
