How the hell can it not be a new car, with only 7 miles on the clock and assuming you are the first registered owner.
I keep a note of all the new cars that I have had ( tend to be a hoarder).
Last two Honda's :- 17 and 23 miles, when I picked them up.
Another make costing rather a lot more than the above :- 33 miles.
I could go on.
