I was actually reading the review of the Civic v Prius on the timesonline website yesterday and noted the negative comments (probably JC again)immediately followed by 4 or 5 user comments that the review is wrong.
All the users say that there is no noticeable jerk when it changes from electric to petrol, it doesn't sound like the clutch is continually slipping and it's a very refined car to drive.
The brochure I have doesn't state that it will play MP3 so that is a bonus. "
HID" refers to the High Intensity Discharge lighting that some of the Civic models have. It's the very bright flourescent style lighting you see now on some cars. Far better than the Halogen yellow that is quite dim in comparison.
How easy is it to get at the underside of the ciggy lighter to wire in some accessories ? Or any other easily accessible power source ?
