Alan, its not as pitted as Stella's above, but you can certainly see the white marks underneath.I'm not sure, but im thinking it might be consistent with misuse of a water jet hose by the hand car wash guys? Most of my neighbours are OAP's theyre unlikely to be up to much vandalising. Here's a closer view
