I rang the dealers, and they have never heard of boot's that won't open. I can bring the car in on Tuesday but until then I'll just have to be very annoyed.
Is there any other way to get in there? I would hate crawling into the back seat to get my stuff out. Could it be a fuse? I'll have to take a day off from work because otherwise they'll probably scratch the boot all over. Sigh
Since I don't know what a boot latch is...where is it? Please say it's nowhere near the interior and no panels need be removed?
update: Well okay then, it just opened on me using the press-your-remote-frantically technique...
