You must take after me Jeroen, as I have always been a pain in the rear of dealerships, when it comes to insisting they look after my cars.
With the 3 new other honda's I have bought, they always ensured that the same guy worked on them, whether it be servicing, or working on the inside of the cars.
I would suggest not wrapping it up at all, but making it absolutely clear to the Service Manager of any mishaps that are already on the car and if you find any additional, then you will require new panels completely at their expence.
Also tell him that you would like to have him confirm this with the technician, in your presence. The ball is then completely in their court.
