Car's back from 3rd dealer visit today:
They've been hearing the knock while testing and have dropped the offside front suspension and the front crossmember.Nothing specific was discovered so they have reassembled and torqued everything up to spec.
Their re-testing found the knock to have gone.Seems ok on the way back home but hav'nt pushed it on the limit as I'm really feeling leave well alone and let time take its course.
Got to give full marks to my Dealer
for sticking with the issue and am satisfied to take their explanations /findings on good faith.Ultimately time of course will tell.
