I've just got back from Chips away (Peterborough) and was quoted £75 for doing the bonnet, and wings. or £350 for a respray. The guy said that the chip repair is only a temporary measure and that the repair could be dislodged if caught with the jet from a pressure washer. In addition he said that the process is not invisible, you would still be able to see the chips in the paint, but that they would be the same colour as the main coat.

So its made my mind up. Carbon Bonnet ordered.
