I've also had problems with my key at TIMPSONS in RUGBY.

I took it back today and they went over it again, looks perfect, but it still will only go half way in the ignition.

The guy did it for £3 in the charity tin, which I thought a fair deal, but not at the expense of ruining the key, which cost £14 !

Guess I may as well play around with a file on the tip as it seems something is not allowing to enter the lock fully, at least it now also enters the door lock half way now; it would go in at all yesterday.
