Maybe you're right, but:
a) a Dice kit is ~3x times the price of the std connects2 (though to be fair I can't see how the site you've linked is doing them for), and;
b) it appears I was wrong when I posted this...

..as (according to In Car Express) if I rig up the two connects2 boxes in series I will get a setup that charges my iPod and allows me to play music from the dock port simultaneously, just like the DICE does

. Yes it's less elegant with two boxes, but there's plenty of room for them in my car and the cumulative cost is only ~£60.
Would I buy a DICE if I'd known this originally? Maybe, but now I've got both connets2 boxes I might as well fit them. I'll update this thread next week once it's in and tested...
