I asked him about the flywheel and the guy said its not a dual mass flywheel on the civic and the flywheel on my car was ok. I guess the pressure plate could have not been flat with the clutch which wore it out but i didnt really notice any juddering till the clutch started to slip. I wonder if its the thing that the others have got. Could be a bad batch of pressure plates.

just replaced my clutch after it started slipping at 24k...but only when car loaded up(4/5 occupants)...oh yeah,and it was under warranty.pretty sure it was because the clutch cover surface was not flat when checked with a straight edge.seems fine now.
