Indeed, it's the same here in France:
Petrol (euro85) : 1.399 euro per litre => 1.114 GBP per litre
Diesel (regular) : 1.318 euro per litre => 1.050 GBP per litre

As for Andorra :
Petrol (euro85) : 1.060 euro per litre => 0.844 GBP per litre
Diesel (regular) : 0.960 euro per litre => 0.764 GBP per litre

I go to Andorra twice a year, although it's much cheaper (low tax) it's still increasing
