Hi Jazz, I think it's only a problem when the sun is shining onto the rear of the car (ie:if you're heading West mid morning or East mid afternoon); it reflects in the clear lens cover. Other times it's fine as you say.

Converting to LED's will cost around £25 so I'll see what reaction I get from Auto Express first.
