I had an N95 managed to return it under the 14 day returns policy, it was too unreliable.
The iphone works 99% of the time with the
HFT, sometimes outgoing calls answer in the phone and do not transfer but not so often that it is a major problem.
Personally I think the iphone is the best phone I have ever had, it does most of the things I need it to do and it does them with style! Looks like this year should bring some new models of it too.
