My problem solved what could possibly go wrong next
Had the car serviced they adjusted the cruise control post as described elsewhere and they seem to have fixed the problem also had the handbrake recall/fuel cap/blue tooth microphone mods and new rear shocks all under warranty. They also updated the software for the display, messages like low fuel etc.
