In theory, if you place an order now, you wont get the handbrake problem or the issue with 3rd gear.
Aside from the above issues I've had problems with the clutch, plently of rattles, and the paint quality is pants.
If I was to step back in time I wouldn't buy it again (maybe go for the GTI). Never thought I would say that as I'm a big Honda fan.
