Sorry Doctor Vodka but you cannot go around making such bold statements such as
"all stealers are saying "never heard of that before" They must have" when there is a very small percentage of civic owners on this forum. most of whom seem to be happy give or take a couple of small issues
I have to say that our dealer has as usual been superb - had the same dealer for the past 4 years and any issues or queries have always been dealt with to our complete satisfaction - which would seem to be the same case for most Honda owners
Certainly never had an issue with the alarms or any real issues at all in any of our Honda's including our current two cars
I can understand your frustration in having some problems and perhaps your dealer not being the most helpful. I hope you get everything sorted out to your satisfaction
