Re: 501 LED Super Bright White. I have now tested these in both the front map lights and the front side (position) lights and they are perfect if you want a pure white light. I have the white LED festoon in my rear interior centre light but I was disappointed with the 'yellow/cream' look to the front map lights, even though I had changed these previously to the 'blue' coloured bulbs (the 'free gift' LED bulbs from Autobulbs Direct are NOT powerful enough for the map lights). These 501 LED Super Bright White, however, are powerful enough and are a perfect match for the centre light I have and are pure white.

I currently have the 'free gift' LED's in the side lights but I have tested these 501 LED SBW's and they are much brighter and do not have any 'blue' tinge to them when viewed at an angle. So I've now had to spend some more money and ordered another pair of the SBW's. (cost £15-99 incl P&P + a free gift of your choice from http://www.autobulbsdirect.co.uk ).
