Morning All

When I did the deal on the new civic, I noticed that one of the alloys had a little scuff on one of the spokes. When pointed out to the rep, I was advised that it would be swapped. When collecting the car, the rep (who has since left) advised that the wheel had been repaired. To be fair, the repair looked fine although the finish was not as smooth as the other spokes.

I gave the car a good wash yesterday and noticed that the finish on the repaired spoke was starting to come away - only a small patch at the moment but will obviously get worse.

I haven't spoken to the dealer yet, and assume that they will 'repair it' again, but do I have a case for them to put on a new alloy?
