One place to check is the metal peg that holds the driver's floor mat in place. That works it way loose and rattles really badly. To fix, remove the nut, insert a sprung washer (split washer) and refix nut.

Bish, bash, bosh. Rattle gone.

Also, make sure that the rear seatbelt buckles are hooked over the retainers that are built into the C pillar. First of all they stop the buckles from rattling against the plastic trim, and secondly they keep the seatbelts out of the way when you drop the back seats.
