Now, back to the rear indicators visibility.

I have spoken to Philips Automotive Lighting and to both Autobulbs and Powerbulbs.

They all confirm previous comments on this thread that you get a more intense light by placing an Amber bulb behind an Amber lens.

Honda CS and Powerbulbs have advised against using LED's. John Conboy (MD of Power Bulbs Ltd) went on to say that the WY21W will help the situation.

With all the comments in mind I am opting for the WY21W Philips Silver Vision Amber wedge bulb as this is a direct replacement and does not require any modification to the fitting.

These are available from both Autobulbs (£15.45 pair +free P&P+free gift of choice) and Powerbulbs (£13.45 pair +free P&P+free W5W blue bulbs).
